REQUEST FOR POLICE REPORT

Request for Police Report

The Borough of Mt. Oliver charges a fee of $15.00 for a copy of a Police Report (in accordance with Act 22). Once a request is made, the Borough will have ten (10) business dates to process the request. Criminal histories or reports containing criminal history information, addresses, social security numbers, and dates of birth will be redacted. Checks should be made payable to “Mt. Oliver Borough.”
