CODE ENFORCEMENT
The Code Enforcement Office is responsible for enforcing Mt. Oliver’s Property Maintenance Codes and Zoning Ordinance.
Building Inspection Underwriters (BIU), is the Borough’s appointed Building Code Official (BCO) and is responsible for all residential and commercial building permits.
