Marketing Technical Assistance Program

Mt. Oliver Borough, as a progressive municipality, is offering marketing and communications support services to its businesses to help with this transition. Businesses needing support with branding, marketing, graphic design, web development, social media, and more, can apply for no-cost technical assistance through Mt. Oliver Borough.

To qualify for Mt. Oliver’s Marketing Technical Assistance Program (MTAP), a business must be a legal entity and be located within Mt. Oliver Borough. While preference is given to businesses requiring operational changes due to COVID-19, all businesses with marketing and communications needs are encouraged to apply. After completing an application, the Borough staff will work to prioritize needs with TrailBlaze Creative, the Borough’s marketing vendor, to work with local businesses.
